This is the page where you get to know who I am — and how I show up in the work we do together.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve spent a long time looking for answers — trying to figure out what to do, how to fix it, or how to finally feel better.

Yet no matter how much you know or understand about your patterns, you still find yourself feeling stuck — even when you’re doing everything “right”.

That’s where I come in.

My role isn’t to give you more information — it’s to support the deeper shifts that become possible when your nervous system and the parts of you that have been protecting you feel safe enough to begin experiencing something new.

I remember being a pre-teen telling my mom that if I could help even one girl through her struggles with food someday, I would be happy. Fast forward to now, and I’ve been doing this work since 2014 — quietly living out that younger version of me’s dream.

This work is deeply meaningful to me. Not just because of what I’ve studied, but because of the transformations I’ve witnessed — again and again — when people begin experiencing healing at the level of their nervous system.

I’ve seen my clients move from constantly thinking about food to finally feeling at ease around it. From feeling disconnected from their body to beginning to trust it again. From feeling overwhelmed by their emotions to having the capacity to stay present with themselves, even in stressful seasons of life. These shifts don’t happen through force, but through working with the nervous system — where real, lasting change becomes possible.

I know what it’s like to feel at war with your body. To feel disconnected from yourself. To feel like your struggles are so familiar, you can’t imagine a life without them. I also know what becomes possible when healing isn’t about trying harder, but about creating the conditions where real change can finally happen.

Here’s what I want you to know:

I will always meet you with compassion and curiosity. Not judgement. Not pressure. Not an agenda.

Our work isn’t about forcing change or trying harder. It’s about helping your nervous system experience something different — so the patterns that once felt overpowering begin to shift, without you having to fight yourself to make it happen.

I deeply believe in your ability to heal — even if you don’t believe it yet. Part of my role is holding that belief while helping you build the internal safety and capacity to experience it for yourself.

And since we’re here — a few things about me:

I live in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada — a place that constantly makes me stop and think, I can’t believe I get to live here. I’m a dog mom to Penny, who makes regular appearances on my Instagram. I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan (TTPD being my all time favourite album), a lover of slow mornings and fiction novels, and somewhere along the way I became the kind of person who makes sourdough from scratch and gets genuinely excited about it.

My work is shaped by extensive training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and nutrition — allowing us to work directly with the nervous system — where real, lasting change happens.

If what you’ve been trying hasn’t worked, and there’s a part of you that longs to experience something different — real, lasting change — you deserve a space where your nervous system can finally feel safe enough for that healing to happen.

And if you’re here reading this, something in your is already moving toward healing — even if you don’t fully feel it yet.

I’m really glad you found your way here.
